member of Lessard and Associates, LLC. She has a formal
educational background in nursing, psychology, law and
organizational and corporate communications. Her experiential
background includes the practice of nursing, the practice of law,
professor of law, graduate faculty and graduate curriculum
development, insurance executive positions, claims and risk
management strategic and policy development, public policy
development, drafting legislation and government task force
